Carer of the year

 

This award is open to someone who works, lives or studies in Merton. They have to of;

  1. Cared for an individual or group of individuals for a minimum of 1 year
  2. Improved life chances or raised aspirations of those they look after
  3. Be able to demonstrate a commitment to continue to care and make change
